I have read numerous Guest posts of very talented Bloggers in many Blogs wide-eyed, admiring them. When I started blogging, I had no idea how it might turn out or whether I would continue with it. But then it seems like this should have been done much earlier ! An awesome perk of being a Blogger is finding new virtual friends. Found many of them, and Rafeeda is one among them. When I first hopped on to her blog, I was sitting jaw-dropped ! More than a hundred awesome recipes in such a short period of time ! All this in spite of being a mother of two and having a full time job ! Aint she a Superwoman? Packed with so much energy, creative, great cook, awesome writer, the list can go on ! Her Malai chicken and Chakkakkuru payasam are to die for ! It was then I got a message from her about a guest post. I had to read it twice - was it really me or was it a mistake?! I was super excited and nervous too ! Without wasting time I mailed her and there started a beautiful friendship. She is a very patient person as well, I can say that from the way she mailed me with answers each time I bombarded her with questions ;). Thank you Rafee, for this wonderful opportunity.
Coming to the recipe, for the first Guest post, I wanted a sweet ( that will go with her blog name too ;)), so finally decided to go with Coffee Panna Cotta. It was the first time I made Panna cotta. But I am sure I'll be making it again and again and again :). Hop on to Rafee's space to find the recipe ! Thank you Pals !
